Policy
THE FOLLOWING IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ANY CLIENT (hereinafter called company) WHO THROUGH BUSINESS WITH Desired Level (hereinafter called Desired Level) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

Desired Level reserves the right to modify the Terms, Policy and Guidelines, and/or modify the prices of its services, as well as discontinue or change the services offered. A notification will be made by e-mail when modifications are made, however, it will be the responsibility of the accountholder to keep informed about these changes. Your continued use of Desired Level services following such notification will be deemed acceptance of the modification. Desired Level abide by the laws and legislation of Desired Level Computer Solution Specialists. Any client who agrees by this agreement also agrees to the Desired Level Computer Solutions Specialists bi-laws governing commerce and business practices. Unlawful activities include storing, distributing or transmitting any unlawful material through Desired Level services, attempting to compromise the security of any site, or making direct threats of physical harm. You may only use Desired Level's services for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws including copyright and trademark laws of Desired Level COMPUTER SOLUTION SPECIALISTS.

Desired Level reserves the right to discontinue any and all services to you at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any conduct which Desired Level, in its sole discretion, believes violates this agreement or is otherwise harmful to Desired Level's interests or the interests of other clients.

To comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly, or to protect itself or its accountholders, Desired Level reserves the right to access and disclose any information. This may include disclosing the usernames of accounts and other information. Desired Level will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers, and reserves the right to report to law enforcement any suspected illegal activity it becomes aware of.

There is a $50.00 service charge for each returned check. The total amount of clients deposit is forfeited for any cancellation of services once deposit has been received. Any late payment past due date will result in a $50.00 late fee on the clients next billing cycle.

Desired Level will not give out passwords to servers to anyone no employed by Desired Level. As consultants Your web site programming code design belong to Desired Level under all copyright laws. There fore Desired Level will not give source code to competitors attempting to take Desired Level source code and change. Clients graphical work belongs to them and will be disposed of after missing 3 late payment in a row. The companies web site can not change owners without reviewing the policy with the new owner first, and approved by the consultant. If the companies changes owners in anyway, Desired Levels services and this policy must remain the same with the consultant and the new ownership or company.
All network secure will be only be give out if promoted by the company. This means network system security can only be provided to out side source by the company.

Technical support contracts are billed as an additional service and are not included with consulting services. We offer on going support for all our consulting services. We do not offer per call technical support, only yearly technical support contracts.
